ZZ Top New Orleans Concert reviews
ZZ HOT !
First time seeing ZZ Top without Dusty. Like all ZZ Top fans very sad at Dusty's passing. I thought Billy Gibbons was respectful of Dusty's memory and gave the fans an opportunity to accept Elwood as Dusty's replacement as Dusty had asked for. I have seen ZZ top many times since seeing them for the first time in 1979 and can say that the show is still one of the best and that is because they give the fans what they want. I still attend many other concerts and can say that ZZ Top always leaves me feeling the happiest when the show ends. I took my 14 year old son to this concert and it was his second time seeing the band. There is no way he would have let me go without him. The band is the band of the people and now has a new generation of fans. I looked around the venue and saw fans from ages 8 to old farts like me. So never stop playing for us ZZ Top and keep pounding the skins Frank, you rock!
